Armored Support: BTR-80A

Agency recon drones have spotted abandoned armored personnel carriers on Dalniy Island and in Anguka Anga, in [SIGNAL DISTORTED] raids.

For those not up to speed: the BTR-80A has eight wheels, a 30 mm autocannon and armor that shrugs off bullets and claws alike. Finding one is easy. But without fuel and ammo it’s dead weight, so you’ll also have to scavenge a fuel canister and ammunition. Whoever pulls it off first takes the wheel.

Everyone else, keep your ears open. If you hear an engine or a burst of cannon fire, change your route. And if the encounter can’t be avoided, get to cover fast or stop this beast with an RPG-7 (if you’ve got one, that is).
