Dendroids are now less deadly, shooting sounds have been improved, the Replicator menu is now more user-friendly, and various minor issues have been fixed.
- Dendroids now deal less damage with some of their weapons and can no longer one-shot backstab you.
- Reworked requirements for unlocking new Monolith levels.
- Updated firing sounds for the M4A1, M16A4 and MP5.
- Refined suppressed-weapon firing sounds.
- All oppened blueprints now appear at the top of the Replicator menu.
- The Alter selection screen now shows a list of all active chronogenes.
- Overhauled chronogene display in the “Profile” section.
- Temporarily disabled the ability to transform into a Mothman.
- Fixed several other minor bugs.
Character Voice Acting in Active Matter
All human characters in the game are voiced by real people. However, the sole AI character is voiced by AI, since casting human actors for an AI role would be cultural appropriation. Glory to the robots!
