Update 0.3.0.84

We’ve fixed some issues relating to contracts and Investigations as well as updated some parts of the interface.

• Fixed an issue where daily Primary Objectives were not counting towards Monolith Access Level MU’s "Primary objectives completed" requirement.
• Added the ability to collapse fuse recipe categories in the Refiner interface.
• Removed the ability to horizontally scroll in the level-up Perks Tree window.
• Fixed a bug that allowed scanners to be placed inside buildings rather than on roofs during the "Gigastructure: Entry Protocol" Investigation.
